Application process 

The Application form is filed, for first time a student enters MBCM (no matter which grade).
[the application fee is to show the seriousness of the applicant. This payment is made only once within the 4 years of MBCM.]

Interview and acceptance
After submitting the application form, the office will contact you regarding - scheduling a time for an interview.

After the interview - a decision will be sent to you via email from the office. 

Gradelink 
After you have been accepted, you will be getting a link for Gradelink, you will need to fill out the online forms, and upload administration paperwork (immunization, and tuition assistance form if applicable).

[Administration forms 
1) Every year when the school applies for different grants, the authorities (school district, state, federal) ask the school for information that determines the amount of allocation. 
Part of the info that we need to submit, is, the percentage of income level, of the parents body. One of the ways to get this info, is through a form called - Lunch/income/CEP etc. since every year the percentage changes we need to collect this form info every year. 
This form is now part of the registration form.

2) Immunization records - DOE and DOH obligate us to submit medical information. we ask every student to please ask the Dr./physician to print out a full immunization records. this form is uploaded to our Gradelink system by the parents.]

Tuition and payment 

You will be getting an electronic tuition contract please sign it as soon as possible.
