Application process 

The Application form is filed, for first time a student enters MBCM (no matter which grade).
[the application fee is to show the seriousness of the applicant. This payment is made only once within the 4 years of MBCM.]

Helpful info about the application

Step 1
Please submit a payment of $150 at:

Once payment is received, you will receive an email receipt with a link to register for Gradelink, our school system.


Step 2
Please complete the new student application, listed as Enrollment in the Gradelink system, and upload all required documents.


Helpful Instructions for Parents

Gradelink school management system
After the payment you will be receiving a link to Gradelink, you will need to fill out the online forms, and upload administration paperwork (immunization, and tuition assistance form if applicable).

Immunization records - DOE and DOH obligate us to submit medical information. we ask every student to please ask the Dr./physician to print out a full immunization records. this form is uploaded to our Gradelink system by the parents.]

Tuition assistance form, is the only way to receive a scholarship, without the form we won't be able to grant it.

  1. To complete the Application (Enrollment) form, please log in using an email address and password.

    • If you already have a Gradelink account from previous years, be sure to use the same email address you originally signed up with.

    • Even though you may normally log in to Gradelink with a username during the school year, the Application (Enrollment) form requires your email address.

    • If you do not remember your password, simply click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps.

  2. The Application (Enrollment) form is completed only once, when your child first enters MBCM (usually in 9th grade).

    • Registration is completed every year and is a much shorter form. You do not need to submit the application again.

  3. You do not need to finish the form all at once. You can stop at any time, and your information will be saved automatically.

    • This is helpful when you need time to upload documents such as immunization records and/or tuition assistance paperwork.

Interview and acceptance
After submitting the application form, the office will contact you regarding - scheduling a time for an interview.

After the interview - a decision will be sent to you via email from the office.
